2021 Grant Application

Thank you for applying for a CAPS Grant! We look forward to seeing your great ideas for your classrooms!

This year the Grant Submission Window is September 27-October 8, 2021. Any Grant Applications received after that date will not be considered.

Teachers will be notified of Grant Awards on November 1, 2021.

Please refer to the "2021 Grant Intent", "CAPS FAQs" and "How to Successfully Write a CAPS Grant" for detailed instructions regarding the Grant Application.

Technology Requests MUST be pre-approved by the AUSD Technology Services Department by October 1, 2021. The Technology Grant Application form is available beginning September 20, 2021. https://forms.gle/hTYapRJkZgxdfr9k8

Please include the ID number from your Technology Approval Form on your Grant Application.

Transportation Requests CAPS will consider Grants for field trips this year! Teachers who submit these requests do so with the understanding that if the District rules regarding travel change due to COVID-19, they may not be able to utilize their Grant award. Use the Transportation Info documents to calculate any travel expenses. Please complete the AUSD Transportation Department’s Request for Transportation form and attach it to your Grant Application.
